Michael Myles

PGA Professional

Michael Myles is a dedicated lifelong athlete and coach who is a tournament champion in both the golf and tennis arenas. By the age of 10 he had already been extensively exposed to both golf and tennis. At 10 he decided to commit the majority of his efforts to tennis while enjoying golf as a hobby with his family and friends. His tennis career included a top 10 Florida junior tennis ranking and eventually a position of the University of Miami tennis team.During his years as a tennis player he experienced the highest level of sport, competing head to head with future tennis No. 1 Andy Roddick and top 25 player Mardy Fish as well as other eventual tour players. During this time he witnessed what efforts were needed to become a champion. After a knee injury abruptly ended his tennis career he transferred his passion and focus in to becoming a professional golfer. Within 5 years he was a multiple tournament winner in amateur golf and decided to turn professional. Myles competed as a professional for one year with two local wins and two finishes in the top ten on the Minor League Tour before taking a teaching position at Crandon Golf Academy and begin his quest toward becoming a PGA Member. There he began to take everything that he had had learned in both competitive golf and tennis and transfer his knowledge to the next generation of junior golf. Thus spawned the creation of Prime Players Golf at Crandon Golf Academy, an elite junior golf team that is driven and focused to becoming the best they can be. Myles is excited to work and continue to develop his current Prime Players as well as future players who join the team! You can visit Mike’s Prime Players website at http://www.primeplayersgolf.com
